Recently updated this plug-in and began experiencing some issues.
Firstly, it appears that there's a conflict between WP Smushit and Regenerate Thumbnails. When attempting to do a bulk regeneration, it does nothing.
Secondly, when you go to upload images via. the media uploader, multiple images fail.
I uninstalled Smush.it and this relieved the problems I experienced.
Could this be anything to do with the experimental bulk smush?

What version of WP are you running? Has the plugin work for you previously?
I installed Regenerate Thumbnails and ran both the individual and bulk options. They seemed to work for me.

My plugin (Regenerate Thumbnails) just calls the built-in thumbnailing functions, as if you were uploading the images for the first time.
Sounds like the issue is with the other plugin if you're also encountering the issue when uploading files.
