[Plugin: WP Smush.it] Can't CSS Sprite images using WP smugh.it and Nextgen…

    Becuase Google pasge speed is low i’m trying to use css sprite to compress images. Unfortunately as most plugins do… it works naively with wordpress media.

    It does not seem to work with Nextgen. The reason for this seems to be that nextgen does not follow WordPress architectural… associating some images to non-integers in the database.

    Anyone have any ideas? Nextgen is great but some parts of the way it is built is putting a lot of limitations on growth of our site…And we can’t just revert back to WordPress native media.
