   Couple recommendations for multisite use...

   I'd like to see an overview of the traffic to different sites within a network. Basic information such as total daily hits and data size would be great.

   Also I'd like to provide each site admin with their own stats but remove the Custom Reports tab for those users.

   this can be implemented as a module to add to your Custom Reports. I'm available as a freelancer to help you code this new feature, if you want.
