Advanced AJAX Page Loader
It loads opened page without reloading all
If my gallery is home page then wp-slimbox2 effect works. if i come then to different page and back to gallery- it doesnt work anymore but opens just jpg in browser.

I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make. The site you linked to isn’t running WP-Slimbox 2
