   I installed it and it never has worked. I don't even see it. I tried deactivating my other captcha plugin and commentluv even akismet, I deleted all my cookies, logged out of my blog to try and see it ..nothing still.

   any ideas? as i really would like to use this plugin. Thanks

   Really is not Working but...
   :::I fix problem:::
   On your table "wp_options" search "wpsc_form_id" and set value to "commentform" and ready you have WP Slider Captcha run.
