   If you've gotten this plugin to work, could you tell me how? The author's document is pleasantly slack.

   I don't think it's compatible with the current version of wordpress, and I don't think Alex has much interest in updating. On his website, alexking.org, it says something like it needs "updating in general". There are several threads going on this - maybe we should consolidate our discussions here:
