I want to add an arrow left and right next to the thumbnails row? How can I achieve that?!

Thumbnail paging arrows will be displayed if you change the Gallery Style from COMPACT to MODERN or CLASSIC.
If you upgrade to SimpleViewer-Pro, you will have control over the Thumbnail Navigation Style using the Pro option thumbNavStyle, a description of which can be found here: http://simpleviewer.net/simpleviewer/pro/support/pro_options.html#thumbs
