   I used this on recommendation of another. Activated it, did the first things it told me to do, and now I am completely locked out of WordPress!

   This sucks.

   I had the same problem on different WordPress blogs using WP 3.1.x and version 2.7.4 of this plugin.

   Just delete teh plugins folder (your-wp-installation\wp-content\plugins\wp-security-scan) to fix your blog.
