   I noticed through trial and error that this plugin conflicts with other plugins I'm using.

   Because of an unrelated hack on a site, I had to delete and reinstall all the plugins for a particular site. I activated the plugins one at a time and after activating this one, I got the infamous WP white screen. I deleted this plugin and everything was up and running again.

   Wish there was a decent security scanner for WP.

   I too just had the same problem. I had to go into the plugins directory via FTP and delete the wp-security-scan folder. Once I did that, the plugins admin screen came back.
