I am using WP 3.1-RC2-17315 together with Version 2.7.2 of WP Security Scan.

As per many other posters using other versions of WP I had problems accessing my local development WP site when the plugin updated wp_config, instead I was getting

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

The only useful guidance I could find to fix this was
    here

It looks like the plug-in does not change several prefixes which once I had changed them fixedmy access problems.

    I updated the following ....

    In meta_key

wp_capabilities
wp_con_figurationuser_level
wp_dashboard_quick_press_last_post_id
wp_user-settings
wp_user-settings-time

    and in options / option_name

    wp_beta_tester_stream

Once I had updated these with the new prefix I was able to access ok.

    I hope this helps others.

For me, this solution doesn't work.
    I'm trying also this:

    http://markjaquith.wordpress.com/2006/03/28/wordpress-error-you-do-not-have-sufficient-permissions-to-access-this-page/

    without good result.

I can't have a backup of my database and now I can't login as admin on my wordpress.

I'm trying to rename table from '<something>wp_' to something 'wp_' as in the original but does not work.
Could someone please help me to log-in again as admin in wordpress?

p.s. please remove this plugin from list! IT DOES NOT WORK!
