Great, I think we will soon be able to build websites just by using this plugin. Actually, alltop.com is an example of such websites.
After pagination update, I'd like to suggest you to style this plugin similar to a slider or a tabbed box. So, rather than having complete page reloads, we could have faster transitions. Currently, even if you use this plugin as a widget, it reloads the entire page. Besides, when you use more than one widget or shortcode on the same page, a-next-page-click brings all your widgets or shortcodes to their next pages. I'd prefer to reach only the next page of the feeds, whose next page link I clicked.
However, in sliders for instance, you click a page number or arrow located at the bottom and you see the next page/slide in miliseconds; and just for the widget you mean.
