    Hi Allen...

I've set up the plugin, under image handling i have the first box unchecked, the next two checked, but the images won't show. I'm using the default template with 100 word excerpt chosen. The site is http://kymgrosso.com
Am I missing a setting somewhere?

    thanks!

    Hi,
Thanks..ok, first, the plugin will first look for the first first image (with many rss feeds, this is a feature image and comes first). If the image is later on in the feed, this won't be picked up. However, you might get it if you set the number of words to show as high as possible.

Can you send me the url of the feed you are wanting to show the images on..then I can see what's going on.

    Best wishes,
    Allen

Ok...so the way my plugin works is to pull in what might be called the leading image..an example is here:

You'll see the RSS feed contains this leading image..its the very first thing in the description tag. If you look at your RSS feed, the description tag is closed off after the first sentence, so there is no image in your description tag.

As a result, the problem resides in your RSS feed having the description tag closed before any image is present. I would get the RSS feed fixed, and then you should be able to images show up in my plugin..and if you put the image first in the description tag, then you can control where it goes using the parameters in the plugin.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best wishes,
    Allen
