May be it's a 2.9.2 compatibility thing, but wp-recaptcha is sending even my own comments (when logged in) and all others direct to Spam, no exceptions.
I tried by disabling Akismet, but it still didn't resolve the issue. I had to deactivate it, but I would very, very much like to have it.
Anyone help? Thanks a bunch.

I've just fixed this by copying the official recaptchalib.php over the one included in the plugin. I think they've made some modifications and those modifications have been broken by reCaptcha changing their hosting structure.
Here's the official reCaptcha libs, you want the PHP one, currently called "recaptcha-php-1.10.zip" and about halfway down: http://code.google.com/p/recaptcha/downloads/list

When i`m reading the posts with this plugin enable, IE 8 says there a problem with the page, clicking 2 times on the error i got the description about a missing object in this line of code:
sub.parentNode.removeChild(sub);

I think this is supposed to be fixed in version 2.9.7 of the plugin, though I found that I was still having problems that were solved by following the instructions above. I wasn't being particularly vigorous in my testing though so it might be that 2.9.7 would also have solved my problems.
If 2.9.7 is still marking everything as spam for you try updating the library in the plugin and reply here if it works, we can tell Jorge Peña about it on his blog:
