   It will not save the keys or any settings when enabled either at the network level or the individual site level. This plugin was awesome but seems to be dead on development now. I always used it for my registration captcha.

   This is the same issue that was happening with wordpress 3.2 when using wp-recaptcha with multi-site enabled. In the 3.1.3 version of wp-recaptcha there was a code patch that would fix the issue. In the 3.1.4 version of wp-recaptcha the code has been significantly changed making the previous patch irrelevant.

   I ended up having to switch to BetterWP reCaptcha since that one works.
