   Shortcode doesn't work.

   Admin/Setup page for the plugin asks for a numeric menu id.

   Won't work with new named menus.

   Oh ok, when was this changed ?

   I've just checked http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_nav_menu

   Can see they have updated this with id, name or slug for the menu.

   I'll look into changing/fixing this.

   Same issue here, There is no menu id.
   Also I have 2 menus. Is is possible to include 2 menus?

   Likewise there is no page id to exclude pages like return urls and payment pages.

   Is there a way to exclude pages by page title?

   Solved the issues through some detectvie work...found the menu ID by looking at the browser url of the menu admin panel page.
