• I have submitted 3 issues and none have been resolved or responded too.

    1. I added the shortcode [supermap] to my map page and nothing shows up at all. I have a property listed with an address:
    http://www.visitncwinecountry.com/nc-wine-country-map/

    2. I have had to reset my password, and I click on My Account but I don’t see anywhere to change my password. Please let me know where I am able to do that.

    3. I have updated the settings section of my backend to change what is displayed in the property overview list. However, it seems the new changes only apply to future properties that are added. How can I fix it so that all of the properties that are currently in my database display the new attributes? For example on http://www.visitncwinecountry.com/properties/, I removed the address field (which you can see shows correctly in Allison Oaks Vineyards, but still displays for A Secret Garden) and also reformated the price to include a dollar sign but the first entry (Banner Elk) does not show the dollar sign.

The description for this plugin says ” integration is seamless, the system is expandable and customizable, functionality is rich, and we are here to support it.”. Integration is non existant, since my map will not display. I have tried to customize the system and that didn’t work. Nor have I received any support. So far my experience with this product and company have been extremely disappointing.

  • My supermap works fine. I can see [supermap] shortcode on that page. You should make sure that you’re really installed that premium feature on your site. Do you have Supermap tab under Properties Settings page?

Yes, thank you. It’s the first step.
