   I read on support forum about the ajax trick for wp-cache, but it didn't work for me. There'a sa specific way to achieve compatibility with W3 total cache? Simply, the voting system works, but at page reload it does not display new votes.

   Do you have database caching active? Page caching in general obviously slows down the display of dynamic elements, that's just the nature of the beast.

   Yes I have just page and db caching... well we yet talked about this thing in another post, now i'm with gd-postratings :D
