   I've updated images in media library but in wp-post-thumbnail i don't see it, i receive this message "No image attachments found. Upload an image file using WordPress built-in media library."

   I've tried to upload images directly from the post, and not from the general media library page, and now it works...but is it normal ? And why the image to cropped have a bed resolution ? Thanks
