   The radio buttons for each answer are not showing on the page (or in the source) when the page first loads.

   I can only see them after clicking 'View Results', then 'Vote'.

   I tried commenting out my own javascript as I thought there might be a conflict, but it's still not working.

   Go To WP-Admin -> Polls -> Polls Template, restore all to default.
