   It installs, I can setup my polls and add it to the widget but when I click on Vote it does nothing. Have uninstalled, re-downloaded and reinstalled. Same issue.

   I fixed it by adding <?php wp_footer(); ?> to my theme footer. This should be included in the instructions as I see a lot of people are having this issue.
