i have a multisite. and since updating to WP 3.4.1 from 3.3 my blogs have not been creating a new ID in my piwik database. so the last 30 or so blogs do not log stats.
this is a problem because i have a toplist created from my piwik...
the latest 30 blogs do ALL have ID 2 as their ID. this is wrong because that is my main site ID.
how can i fix this. i have network activated the plugin with the wordpress one. not olugin manager or something else.

i can create the piwik site in piwik. but its a bit of a large job to do this all day..
Did you try to reset WP-Piwik using the plugin's reset functionality? (Backup your WP DB first.) After resetting WP-Piwik it should try to reconfigure each blog if it's shown the first time.
Did the reset functionality work? Or did you find another solution?
it worked out sort off. i reset it but it didnt work out 100%. i hade to create avout 10% new in piwik.
You are sure these 10% were visited (or their stats were shown) between the day you reseted WP-Piwik and you created them manually?
Did you create the missing sites using WP-Piwik ("sitebrowser") or Piwik itself?
i used sitebrowser.
