   WP-phpMyAdmin

   * Description
   * Installation
   * Stats

   1. Download, unzip and upload to your WordPress plugins directory
   2. activate the plugin within you WordPress Administration Backend
   3. go to Manage > phpMyAdmin

   I'm not sure what version I am using but I started in August 09. I did the Download and the unzip but I don't know how to upload to my WordPress plugins directory.
   Can you give me detailed instructions?
