Okay, so everything has been working fine with Photo Album plus and my clients were able to load all kinds of photos and albums and there was no problem whatsoever for the last few months. They just went to add photos from a recent event, and they no longer have access to import or upload photos, the only options that show up on the menu for them is Photo Albums and Help & Info. I thought, well maybe somehow I changed their permissions (since they are editors and I am administrators) so I logged in and realized that I no longer have access to the admin menu for the plugin. I can edit, upload, import, etc., but I can no longer define who is able to do what with the plugin. What on earth could be wrong?

There are no changes in the access level admin since version 2.2

Try to install the plugin "Capability Manager".
You can easely see and edit capabilities for all roles. Look for:

Wppa_admin, Wppa_upload and Wppa_sidebar_admin. You will not see the underscores in that plugin, but they are there.

If your role is 'adminstrator' (not 'administrators' as mentioned above) you should be able to do everything.

Okay, well I downloaded the Capability manager and installed that, but the only thing that plugin would let me do was backup or restore my Roles and Capabilities. There was no way to individually manage them. So, now I'm even more confused as to what on earth could be preventing me from being able to access certain parts of these plugins. I dont think it is the plugins that are broken, but there has to be something in my files that is conflicting or preventing me from accessing. I'm just not sure what that could be or how that might have happened. And yes, I am an administrator, I just typed the extra "s" by mistake.

In the Users section in the left sidebar of the wp admin page there should be 'Capabilities' (under:Users, Add New and Your Profile)
There you find the capabilities manager. I was confused at first, just like you, but it is really there!
