    Not yet. However, you can export the albums (and photos). You will loose comments, ratings, IPTC and EXIF. But you can re-import with the same ids etc.
    You can backup the settings (Table VIII-A2)

    If you want to backup manually: save wp-content/uploads/wppa/ and 6 db tables (See Table XII)
