You can change that in ../plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/theme/wppa_style.css
Read the instructions at the top of the file. You will need some CSS knowledge.
I am currently working on a method to set these things in the admin settings page. This will be released in a few weeks. So, if this is not too urgent, you might better wait for version 2.1.0
