   Text For First Page and Text For Previous Page are not appearing until page 4.

   If I change Number Of Pages To Show to 10 then First Page and Previous Don't show until page 6.

   I have not clue why. I change every thing back to default setting and still get the same problem, even Deleted the plugin and tried it again.
