   Hi, I just installed this and I'm having a bit of trouble.

   First, the text "Page 1 of X" is still appearing even though I've deleted everything in the Settings "Text For Number Of Pages" field.

   Next, seems like since I've installed this it's slowing things down a bit. Is that normal?
