Please remove Lester and me from the contributors list (in the readme), as we did not contribute code to your plugin (at least I didn't). The fact that you mention the original WP-PageNavi plugin in the description is enough.
You should also update this link: http://dev.wp-plugins.org/browser/wp-pagenavi/ to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-pagenavi/
