[Plugin: WP-PageNavi] 'Last' arrow throwing an error with Elegant theme

The ‘last’ arrow links to a non-existent page=100… I think the last page is around 60 or something. Is there a setting I’ve missed that tells ‘last’ to be the last page with content on it?
