[Plugin: WP-PageNavi] CSS not working

I just upgraded to PageNavi 2.7.2, and for some reason it’s not using my custom pagenavi-css.css. It worked just fine before I upgraded it, and I even tried editing the css in the plugin directory but that’s not working either. I’m baffled.

I tried unchecking the use pagenavi css option but I’m not sure how that would help since I edited them both to be the same thing, but it’s still using the default from somewhere. o_O I also added the css to my theme’s style.css and it’s still using the default but I don’t know where it’s coming from.
