[Plugin: WP-PageNavi] CSS not loading on page 2 or next page

Good day,

The main blog page CSS loads fine but when I clicked on page 2 or next page the site will load but the page is broken. from the looks of it the CSS did not load. when I checked the source of the page the css is there.
