   I'm updating a blog for someone so I'm not hosting it myself, just updating it. When I went to use WP Optimize I noticed their are multiple DB's in the Tables Report...like from over 20 different web sites.

   Any idea why this would be and what the repercussions are?

   that means all the tables are under one database .. so it lists all of them and it runs the cOPTIMIZE table command on them ..
