[Plugin: WP Opt-in] Cannot change e-mail Subscribers See

I cannot change the address for the e-mail that people receive when they opt-in. It keeps sending it from my personal address and not my domain’s address no matter how many times I change it and update it, when I go back it still says it’s sending e-mails with the old address as the sender.
