   the plugin direct me to 404 error page if clicked on category in arabic lang.

   How is this approach?

   1. add line 73 in no-category-base.php .
      $category_nicename = urldecode($category_nicename);
   2. "deactive" this pulgin in admin.
   3. "active" this pulgin in admin.
