   I just realized I asked this question already, about two years ago on the plugin's homepage but stopped using it. check it out: http://www.code-styling.de/english/development/wordpress-plugin-wp-native-dashboard-en search for my name on that page, might give you some hints...

   This plugin was and is always working with multiside installations.
