   Hi- just flagging that in some wp setups the 'check repository' does nothing, even with wp-debug on, no error messages, just nothing.

   It maybe that it does not like setups where wordpress is in a sub folder - maybe look at your constants?

   ( or maybe look at using clean php, not so much js :) - my pet hate... )

   ALSO would be really useful if one could check older versions too - as it is now if language file not updated yet, then it will not show up.

   VERY useful feature that - yes one can download manually and ftp, but is great to be able to click a button !

   Hi,
   I installed the same plugin and I have the same problem, that is :
   there is nothing happening when clicking "available for download : check repository".
   Is there any way to download the French language ?

   There was a download issue if the provider doesn't permit the connection to other servers from domain space. In this case it's not possible to check the svn repo for languages. the code detected the issue but failed to display the error for and died at scripting.
   This has been solved with version 1.3.7 and will show now the error reason correctly.
   Furthermore you can select now other versions of WordPress for language files, if you are able to check svn. In some cases higher version doesn't get updated as quick as possible by translation teams, so you can use now the language files from lower version until higher versions provide them.
