   There is no wp-mui button under users or settings.
   Where has it gone?
   I have tried deactivating and activating - deleting and re-installing. Nothing!
   I have tried de-activating all plug-ins and only activating wp-mui. Nothing!

   The site is http://www.kulchajam.org/
   using WordPress 3.0.1.
   logged as admin.

   Any ideas?
