[Plugin: WP Mobile Detector] Internet Explorer showing Mobile version

    In Internet Explorer,the website is showing in mobile version in some laptop but when refresh or click on any link,it is showing website related to PC.
    I dont know what is the problem.I couldnt able to figure it out what is the problem too.In my laptop,IE9 is showing proper website but someother person( I dont know what version of O.S is he using?)

    Can you tell me what would be the problem? is it IE9 problem or is there any option to be enable in ThemeDetector to view the site.
