The sidebar widget determines where it will post to depending on what type of page it is on. For some reason, your home page is being indicated as "Index.php" with a capital "I". To put it another way,

http://www.masterchoong.com/index.php is not the same as
    http://www.masterchoong.com/Index.php.

I don't know where that is coming from - you have something telling the plugin that "Index.php" is the home page.

Yes, it is http://www.masterchoong.com/Index.php, but my home page is http://www.masterchoong.com/ so on this home page I have the widget on top, so when I key my user name and password than click login, that it will redirect to the page http://www.masterchoong.com/Index.php, and the page mention 404 not found, "the requested document was not found on this server", so my question is I need to after my login, it should be redirect to http://www.masterchoong.com/
