[Plugin: WP-Members] Password During Registration

If you add a password field so that users can choose their own passwords, the field option name MUST be “password”. See the “Choosing Fields” section of the Users Guide: http://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/users-guide/registration/choosing-fields/

Depending on your other settings, you may also need to adjust the default emails that are sent out. If you have user chosen passwords combined with registration moderation/approval, you cannot send the password to the user when the user is approved because it is already encrypted. You would need to send it when they originally register.
