[Plugin: WP-Members] Activate users in user listing page?

    Hi, currently I have to go into the user detail page to see if the user is activated, and activate him/her by using the checkbox. If we have thousands of unactivated users, it will take a long time to activate them.

    Is there a way to, under the User listing page:

    1) See who is not activated? (maybe a “activated” column?)

    2) Activate selected users in Bulk action?
