I've never felt the need to post a review of a plug-in until now.
WordPress needs to take this plugin off their site. It is seriously bugged. Obviously, the developer is using code that's not compatible with every possible WordPress environment. He has attempted to reinvent the wheel on core features and not utilizing WP objects/functions whenever possible. Even basic functionality, like finding the path to a blog's default template directory or checking to see if a file exists, doesn't use WP's code, which has been tested across many environments and is proven to work without error if you use the features properly.
Once I installed this plugin at Gatorhost on a test site, it would return the following for everyone whenever an anonymous visitor attempted to load any part of my WP blog, it would consume all resources on the entire server while trying to load the page and would eventually cause the site to be reset with the following message displayed to the visitor:
The connection was reset.
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
As long as none visited my site while I was logged in as the admin, I didn't experience any problems.
