[Plugin: WP Mail SMTP] Newbie Getting Up to Speed Questions

    I’ve been using Contact Form 7 for years and only recently found out from potential clients that the form was not always sending reliably. I do not quite understand why it’s not sending through GoDaddy. I called GoDaddy twice and they have no idea why the form is not sending. I had CF7 set to send form results to my gmail account, yahoo account, and my GoDaddy domain name e-mail address as well..to make sure I’d get the form results. I deactivated and reactivated and CF7 would appear to work but you never know when it won’t send.

    Do I need this plugin if I set CF7 just to send to my gmail address? I don’t understand this aspect of web design and why the form is not working reliably and consistently? I am sorry for asking a dumb question but I’m new to SMTP and this aspect and would respectfully value an informative basis to start at so I can get up to speed on why this form is not working reliably. From what I can tell Fast Secure Contact form and other form plugins are having the same issues…
