[Plugin: WP Jump Menu] Typo "And New"

The 2.4 update adds an “Add New” option to the dropdown menu but the label inside the dropdown menu reads “–And New Page–” (same for Post).

Should read “—Add New Page–” (same for Post).

I have manually edited the wp-jump-menu.php file for now but you might want to fix the typos for the next update.
