[Plugin: WP JS] Undefined index: HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING

I think there is a minor bug in the code. I get the following error occasionally:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING

It’s probably because the server value is not set and you are trying to substr it.
