I think it would be nice to have the option to have the lightbox use a size from the WP images sizes setting page (thumbnail, medium, large) instead of the original.

I think it would be nice to have the option to have the lightbox use a size from the WP images sizes setting page (thumbnail, medium, large) instead of the original.
WP jQuery Lightbox does not control gallery output or image-embedding.
It's up to you to point your links to whatever you need to show.
