    Hi:
I just noticed this strange behavior in one of my sites using IE ver 8

When clicked, instead of rising above the darkened page, the images stay behind other elements in the page:
The Blog section of the site with images

This only happens with IE. I've also tried with the latest ver 9.

I already tried contacting the theme designer but have yet to get reaponse.
Does anyone know of any incompatibilities between this plugin ( or javascript ) and IE?

    Thanks so much
    Xavier

Well, except for not showing the thumbnails in the blog section, the lightbox effect seems to be working.

    No images here: http://allstars.premierblog.net/category/blog/

But in the individual post, yes, it works fine: http://allstars.premierblog.net/2010/10/13/the-usual-suspects-2/

Seems to be a problem with the specific theme/template and IE.

    Your thoughts?

Thumbnails are not touched by lightbox. You've got some other issues going on.

My thoughts? "Your theme, your problem." :)

I can't help you. Let me know if your designer figures something out.

I can understand what you say.

IE has a long history of not playing nice and that's what I have here.

Since my other themes work well with this plugin, I'll wait and see what that particular theme's designer has to say.

    Thanks
