[Plugin: wp-jalali] Supporting get_the_*()

Hello,

As time has moved on, there has been some changes in WordPress.
the_date() and the_time() ar not used in themes much any more as they are not as reliable as get_the_date() and get_the_time().

Please could update your plugin to include this.
