I have tried the wp-invoice plugin, and the web invoice plugin, and I can't get either one to work. I can send invoices, and people can receive them, but the page on my website that I selected for the invoices to show up on is blank.
With the wp-invoice plugin I tried pasting the tag into the page, I tried having the plugin over-write the content of the page, and it still didn't work.

I can't figure out how to let my customers pay me at all. Is the wp-invoice plugin supposed to just send invoices, or let people pay for the invoices as well?

You send link to your customers - they pay - you get money. It plugin for such things. Did you visit tutorial page?

I had the same issue.. Now you have to check your payment option when you create your invoice.You can find this at the bottom of the page, Accepted Payment, then check paypal.

No, you can send it if you'll choose "Send Notification" on the back-end invoice page.
