   Hi.
   There is an incompatibility with WP INVOICE v.3.06.1 and WP E-COMMERCE v.3.8.8.
   If present, WP INVOICE can't be activated (fatal error is displayed).

   Deactivating WP e-Commerce, this plugin can be used.
